Denver Boxing Academy now offers a training routine for people who just want to get in shape.  No contact with all the benefits of being physically fit:

1.Three month course three times a week, approximately an hour and a half per training session.

2.Real training techniques will have you working out like the pros.

3.Finish the course with the knowledge of the sweet science of boxing.
